Each Graduate will be allowed up to 4 immediate family guests.

You must read and agree to the waiver below before you can register.

Release/waiver:

​

• I, nor any person I am registering, will not attend the IHS graduation if they have any of the following symptoms: fever, persistent cough, other flu-like symptoms.

​

• I, nor anyone in my household, or anyone I am registering, have been diagnosed with, tested positive for, or actively has COVID-19 in the past 14 days.  (If any of the above conditions exist please contact 775 832-4260 or ayoxsimer@washoeschools.net for further direction.)
   

• I or any person registered on my behalf may be subject to on-site health checks.
   

• I and any person registered on my behalf may be photographed for the sole intent of private or IHS social media use only.
   

• I and anyone I have registered will hold harmless the State of Nevada, Washoe County Health Department, Incline High School Staff, and graduation event planners for any illness, injury or related condition as a result of attending this event.
   

• I and any person registered on my behalf are subject to and will follow current health guidelines as mandated by the State Of Nevada, Washoe County Health Department, and Incline High School Staff, and graduation event planners.

FAILURE TO COMPLY MAY RESULT IN IMMEDIATE TERMINATION OF THE EVENT.
